Russell Properties Limited is a private residential construction company owned by Mike and Vicki Russell, of Wellington, New Zealand.

Established in 1994, Russell Properties has built more than 100 homes which have been either design-and-build or spec houses.

Russell Properties takes pride in the quality of the finished product by using proven and reliable building products (see links to our building partners) and methods and a team of reputable builders and sub-contractors. Russell Properties sets itself above all other building companies by providing a degree of personal service before, during and after construction that is unmatched in the industry.
