At Russell Properties, we keep you connected to your home’s progress every step of the way through our Rave Client Portal. This online tool gives you real-time access to your build’s updates and helps manage any variations, ensuring you’re always informed and engaged.

Russell Properties clients have access to their own Gtee Digital Warranty and Maintenance Portal

Gtee is a digital platform designed to streamline warranty and maintenance management for homes and buildings. It automatically collects and organizes warranty and maintenance information for products used in a build, ensuring homeowners and builders have easy access to essential details.

Our homes are designed using our extensive knowledge of what works in Churton Park, the sun, the wind and contours of the section.

If you purchase your home before construction starts, in most cases you can select your exterior colour scheme from our agreed suppliers colour charts. This includes window joinery colours, roof and garage door colours.

For homes already under construction, you may still be able to choose the colour of the weatherboard cladding from the Resene colours (with a LRV >40%)
