Who we are
Russell Properties is a family-owned business with deep roots in Wellington. For over 30 years, we’ve been building warm, well-designed new builds in Wellington that are made to last, with more than 600 completed builds across Churton Park and Grenada.
With over 30 years in business, we’ve become one of the region’s most trusted building companies. Our talented team of designers, supervisors, builders and contractors works together to deliver every project with care, precision and pride in the final result.

Russell Properties is currently active in two of the most desirable areas in the Northern Suburbs of Wellington: Churton Park and Grenada (Hunters Hill).
Churton Park is just 15 minutes from Wellington’s CBD. With excellent schools, green spaces, cafés and shops, it offers the perfect balance of city access and suburban comfort.
Grenada Hunters Hill is a newer development that’s growing into a well-connected, future-focused neighbourhood. It’s close to major motorway routes and ideally positioned between Wellington, Porirua and the Hutt Valley.
