While the structural design is set, you can make key choices on colours, materials, and finishes that ensure your home is a perfect fit.
Exterior customisation
Depending on the construction stage of your home our experienced Colour Consultants are on hand to assist you with your exterior colour scheme.
If you purchase your home before construction starts, in most cases you can select your exterior colour scheme from our agreed suppliers colour charts. This includes window joinery colours, roof and garage door colours.
For homes already under construction, you may still be able to choose the colour of the weatherboard cladding from the Resene colours (with a LRV >40%)
