Two Paths to Your Brand New Home

Move-In Ready

These homes are fully finished and code compliant. The floorplan, layout and finishes are all complete, so you can move in as soon as your finance is ready.

It’s the fastest, simplest way to buy a brand new home.

Under Construction

These homes are already underway and follow a fixed floor plan, but depending on the stage of the build, you may be able to customise some of the colours and finishes.

Our team will guide you through what’s possible at each stage.

What to Expect When You Buy or Build with Us

Decide What You’re Looking For

Start by figuring out what matters most to you in a new home.

Once you’ve got a sense of your must haves, like size, layout and timeline, you’ll be in a great position to move forward confidently. Sounds like we might be a good fit!

If Your Home Is Still Being Built

We’ll keep you informed as your new home takes shape.

If your build allows for any customisation, we’ll confirm timelines and walk you through your options. Some things like colour schemes or floor coverings may still be changeable depending on the stage of construction. We’ll work closely with you to finalise selections and keep everything on track.

Find the Right Home

We’ll meet with you to walk through what’s currently available and what’s coming up.

You’ll get the chance to view homes that are already complete, or explore homes under construction to see if the build stage still allows for any personal touches.

We’ll talk through layouts, specifications, timelines and pricing, so you can feel confident choosing the option that suits you best.

Get the Keys

As soon as we have received the Code Compliance Certificate, we'll hand over the keys and welcome you in.

You’ll get all the information you need about your home, including details on finishes, warranties and maintenance, plus access to our digital support tools to make life easy.

Secure Your Finance

Our experienced team will help guide you through the finance process, so you feel confident every step of the way.

We recommend speaking to your lender early and applying for pre-approved finance, especially if you’re buying a home under construction. Most banks offer up to 12 months pre-approval for turn-key contracts.

Once your finance is confirmed, your deposit will be held securely in a Solicitor’s Trust Account.

Ongoing Support and Peace of Mind

Every Russell Properties home comes with a 10 Year Master Build Guarantee and access to our digital Gtee Warranty and Maintenance Portal.

We also use the Rave Client Portal so you can stay in the loop throughout your build journey.
